Kitchen Works Washington is open 24/7 providing clients with the work space, appliances, dry and cold storage, and logistical support as needed including:

• 5-quart Mixers
• Smoker
• Food Processors & Slicer
• Walk-in and Reach-in Refrigerator and Freezer*
• Commercial Hi-Temp Dishwasher
• Ice Machine
• Dry Storage*
• Cleaning, Sanitizing and Janitorial Supplies
• Dishwasher
• Three Compartment Washing Sink
• Rolling Storage Racks (1 per workstation)
• Grills
• Prep & Hand Sinks
• Microwave
• More pots, pans, bowls and utensils that can be easily listed here. Basic kitchen knives also provided though your own professional cutlery is recommended.

Each client of Kitchen Works Washington is responsible for cleaning as part of their kitchen use, including all equipment, tables, and floors used during your time in the facility. We’ll supply all the necessary cleaning supplies and will take care of periodic deep cleans.
